Dad and Shari

Sorry to all of our readers for the lapse in posting; we just temporarily fell out of practice.  These gaps hopefully will not happen anymore.

Last week Dad and Shari came out to visit.  We had a great time.  Elliot and Dad spent some time getting acquainted.  Elliot was mesmerized by the sound of Dad's voice.  He would get real quiet and pay attention when dad was talking.

We did all sorts of things:  We went to the Golden Gate Bridge and hung out around the Marin Headlands, we went to Muir woods and hiked through the redwoods.

We also saw some sunsets along the Pacific Coast highway and had dinner at the Pelican Inn.

Grandma and Grandpa had a great time.  They got in some quality, "Wharf-ing", a Chinatown adventure, picnic on Marina Green, and a drive through Golden Gate Park.  Shari even got to dip her toes in the Pacific.
It was very sad to see them go, but we will see them when we come home in July.
